Event Execution

All the plans in the world mean nothing without highly reliable execution. Sunshine Band Events prides itself on its ability to execute and execute flawlessly. With our own years of event management combined with the experience of production and event partners we trust, we know what to look for, what to anticipate and how to manage that one thing you thought was handled that wasn’t really handled at all. We’ve created and run dozens of programs for Box, Inc. including its annual user conference, BoxWorks, as well as its multi-city and multi-national road shows. We’ve brought magazine brands to life in ways truly authentic to their brands with the Maximum PC Dream Machine Tour and its "How to Play a Better Game program at Comic-Con; as well as ReadyMade Magazine’s Modular Dwelling tour with IKEA and Whole Foods Markets.

We understand the unique touches that make a program unforgettable and delight in helping bring those to life. Puppies at a tech conference? Yes! (And one of our best ideas ever.) Donors Choose donations for all attendees when we kick-off on the first day of school? Best day ever!
